Our Story

We are a family-owned business, producers of the most delicious Dulce de Leche and exquisite Chocolate.

Dulce de Leche, also known as Manjar, Arequipa or cajeta, is a thick caramel like milk-based spread extremely popular throughout Latin America. It has a more decadent taste and a creamier texture than caramel and is versatile enough to eat alone or enjoyed in many dessert recipes. Use it to flavor candies and ice creams or as a rich filling for cupcakes and pies. It is also perfect for frosting cakes or as a spread for toast, pastries, and pancakes. Nuuva produces five versions of Dulce de Leche, each one with its own particular taste, color and consistency and we can custom made a product for you upon request.

Our chocolate line also has delicious options for your recipes. We produce semi sweet coating chunks and sugar free coating chunks in both milk chocolate and white chocolate to be used to cover truffles or strawberries or as topping on cakes and cookies. We also have shelf stable brown and white chocolate Ganache, which is a rich, smooth chocolate that can be used as a sauce, frosting, glaze, filling or for dipping, and Hazelnut spread, a nutty combination of hazelnuts and chocolate commonly used as a topping for breakfast toast, pancakes and waffles.

Nuuva’s factory is located in Miami, FL but our products are sold worldwide through distributors, bakery suppliers, ice cream manufacturers, breweries, restaurants, and bakeries.

Founded by entrepreneurs Agustin Ricart and Mauricio Wyler; Nuuva has one main goal: to achieve a product with the highest quality standards.
