Ingredients
Crust

12 graham crackers

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling

4 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

4 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup Nuuva Multipurpose Dulce de Leche

Flaky sea salt (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap springform pan in foil and grease.
- Pulse graham crackers with sugar and salt. Add melted butter.
- Press crumbs into bottom and sides of pan.
- Bake 15 minutes; cool. Reduce oven to 325°F.
- Beat cream cheese; add sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream.
- Remove 1 cup filling, mix with dulce de leche.
- Pour plain filling into crust, swirl dulce de leche mixture on top.
- Bake in water bath 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Cool 2 hours, chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Add flaky salt before serving.
Recipe Note
For cleaner swirls, slightly chill the dulce de leche before mixing.
