1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Restrictions
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for perishable orders.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
• Some products may not be available in certain regions due to regulatory or temperature-related restrictions.
Delivery Issues
If your package is:
• Delayed, please first check the tracking info provided.
• Lost or stolen, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to assist with a resolution.
