Cashback Program Terms

Summary (not a substitute for the terms): Cashback is earned only on eligible product prices at www.nuuva.us, excludes shipping/taxes/duties, expires 90 days after it’s earned, and is forfeited if an order is returned or refunded. Full details below.
1) Eligibility
- Cashback is available only for qualifying purchases made directly on our official website: www.nuuva.us.
- You must create and maintain a valid store account to earn and redeem cashback.
- NUUVA may exclude certain products, bundles, digital items, gift cards, subscriptions, or promotions from cashback at its sole discretion.
2) How Cashback Is Calculated
- Cashback is calculated on the product price only, after instant discounts and promo codes (if any) and before shipping, handling, insurance, tips, taxes, customs duties, or other fees.
- Cashback rates or amounts may vary by product, promotion, or customer segment and may change without notice.
3) Earning, Redemption & Expiration
- Cashback is credited to your NUUVA account after your qualifying order is successfully processed and not canceled.
- Cashback can be redeemed only toward future purchases at www.nuuva.us. Cashback has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Expiration: Cashback expires 90 days from the date it is earned, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Expired cashback cannot be reinstated.
- Minimum redemption amounts, if any, and other redemption mechanics are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
4) Returns & Refunds
- If an order (in whole or part) is returned, canceled, charged back, or refunded for any reason, the associated cashback earned on that order will be forfeited and removed from your account.
- If you used cashback to pay for a purchase that is later returned or refunded, the cashback portion used will not be returned or reinstated.
5) Exclusions & Limitations
- Cashback is not earned on shipping, handling, insurance, tips, taxes, customs duties, or other fees.
- Cashback cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards or other excluded items (as designated by NUUVA).
- Cashback cannot be combined or pooled across multiple customer accounts.
- Resellers and bulk purchasers may be excluded from the program at our discretion.
6) Fraud, Abuse & Account Issues
- We may suspend or terminate participation and void or adjust cashback if we suspect fraud, abuse, improper activity, or violation of these terms.
- We are not responsible for unauthorized access to or use of your account. Please safeguard your login credentials.
7) Changes to the Program
- NUUVA may modify, suspend, or cancel the Cashback Program, including any rates, rules, or eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice.
- Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8) Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUUVA and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Cashback Program.
- Cashback is a promotional incentive with no monetary value. Our total liability in connection with the program will not exceed the value of cashback earned on the applicable qualifying purchase.
9) Privacy
Participation in the Cashback Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to our processing of your information to operate the program.
10) Third-Party Technology
We may use third-party technology (e.g., a Shopify app) to operate the Cashback Program. Those providers are independent of NUUVA and may have their own terms and privacy policies. NUUVA is not responsible for third-party errors, outages, or service interruptions, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues that affect your ability to earn or redeem cashback.

12) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
