Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that your experience is seamless and that you are satisfied with every order. Due to the perishable nature of food products, please review our return and refund policy below.
All our items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped, due to safety and health concerns.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Expired or
• Spoiled
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
• A refund or replacement will be issued if your claim is approved after review of the submitted evidence (photos and order details)
• Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days
• For returned non-perishable goods, refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the items
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, as we aim to ship items promptly. Once processed, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
