Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Whisk together the sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until lighter in color and slightly thickened.
Slowly mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until no dry streaks remain.
Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Carefully spread the Nuuva Premium Dulce de Leche over the batter, leaving a small border around the edges.
Cover with the remaining brownie batter and gently smooth the surface.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set while the center remains slightly soft.
Cool completely before slicing for clean layers and the perfect gooey center.

Pro Tips
Chill the dulce de leche for about 30 minutes before assembling to make spreading easier.
Avoid overbaking—the brownies will continue to set as they cool.
Use high-quality dark chocolate for the richest flavor.
For clean slices, refrigerate the brownies for an hour before cutting and wipe the knife between cuts.
For the best texture, use Nuuva Premium Dulce de Leche straight from the jar. Its thick, creamy consistency creates a distinct filling that remains smooth and rich after baking without disappearing into the brownie batter.
