Ingredients
Chocolate Base
- 50 g Nuuva Chocolate Chunks
- 200 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
Topping
- 300 g Nuuva Pastry Dulce de Leche
- 300 g cream cheese
- Extra chocolate chunks or chocolate curls (for decoration)
Directions
Chocolate Base
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing to combine thoroughly.
- Grease and line a 22 cm mold with aluminum foil.
- Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
- Once baked, let the cake rest for 15 minutes, unmold, and allow it to cool completely.
Topping
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the pastry dulce de leche using gentle, folding motions.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Spread the chilled dulce de leche cream over the cooled cake.
- Decorate with chocolate curls or additional Nuuva Chocolate Chunks.
Recipe Note
For a firmer topping, you can refrigerate the assembled cake for an additional hour before serving.
