How to Use Store Credits

Every time you shop at Nuuva, you earn store credits you can use on your next purchase. Here’s how to redeem them step by step.

1️⃣ Log into your account

Make sure you’re signed in with the same email you used for your previous purchase — that’s where your credits are stored.

Tip: If you don’t have an account yet, create one using the same email address you used at checkout.

2️⃣ Check your balance

Once logged in, go to My Account or Rewards to see your current credit balance. Credits are added automatically after each eligible purchase or promotion.

3️⃣ Shop as usual

Add your favorite Nuuva products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

4️⃣ Apply your credits

  • At the Payment step, select Use Store Credit.
  • Click Apply — your available credit will be used toward your total.
  • If your credit doesn’t cover the full amount, just pay the difference with your preferred payment method.

If you want to use Express Checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay), please apply your store credits first in the regular checkout, and then press the express checkout button to complete your purchase.


✅ You can combine store credit with discount codes or other offers.

5️⃣ Enjoy your rewards

All store credits remain valid for 90 days from the date they are issued. After that, they will automatically expire and be removed from your balance — so make sure to use them while they’re fresh!
